Current and old vintages

As soon as our logistics partner has picked up your order at our winery you will receive an email with the tracking number and the contact information for customer care.

The package is stored in air-conditioned spaces during the shipment route. The thick packing material will preserve the product quality from any changes in temperature that may occur until the final delivery day.

All shipments are insured, and in the case of any damage (though very unlikely), we will replace the bottles.

​In Italy delivery takes place by express courier in 2/3 days from shipment.

In Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, delivery takes place within 3 to 7 working days from collection, depending on the shipping country. (ATTENTION for the United Kingdom, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland customs duties, VAT and Excise duties are charges to the recipient and cannot be quantified upon departure).

For the USA and other non listed countries, please send us an email (info@ilmolinodigrace.it) and we will provide you with the shipment informations.

In the rest of the world, delivery takes place within 10/12 working days of collection. (ATTENTION customs duties are charged to the recipient and cannot be quantified upon departure).
